Active Digital, London and Kent’s leading business mobile phone company; are delighted to have scooped the coveted ‘double award’ at the Telefonica O2 Partner Awards 2019.
The awards, which is an annual event to celebrate the business achievements of O2 direct partners, recognises those who provide both customer and digital excellence for their clients. This is the forth consecutive year that Active Digital has scooped both the awards, making them one of the most decorated O2 partners across the UK and Ireland.
Jason Phillips, Head of Partner Channels for O2 Business, commented, “A massive well done and thank you to Active Digital who achieved a 2019 Excellence Award. Active Digital have continued to over deliver on our joint digital ambitions, as well as providing an incredible experience to our customers. He continued, “The O2 Direct Partner Network has gone from strength to strength since its launch in 2015. Each partner’s invaluable contribution is reflected in the number of awards achieved themselves, with a record number achieving a Customer and Digital Excellence award.”
Active Digital’s Business Director Jo Wimble-Groves stated “Active Digital have always embraced the digital shifts in technology. We want to be the ‘go-to’ organisation our customers think of, when they want to make their business more mobile and digitally ready. From Office 365 to mobile forms and bespoke business apps, we have the technology and the expertise to help our customers. These O2 awards are a nod to our commitment to this digital journey and the customer experience”.
Last year’s National Family Business Award winners, Active Digital, are continuing to see fantastic business growth and after a few significantly large contracts wins in 2018 and are expecting further growth in the next twelve months. As further endorsement of their success, Business Director, Jo Wimble-Groves was recently invited to a private drinks reception with the Prime Minister, Theresa May. Jo was selected as one of only 100 women to join Theresa May to mark International Women’s Day 2019. Active Digital’s roots stem back to 1996, when brother and sister, Richard and Jo decided to launch into the mobile phone market. By seeing a gap in the marketplace for a customer-focused business to business mobile provider, the company continues to go from strength to strength. Having made customer experience their differentiator, they have built an impressive customer portfolio.
After a recent trip to 10 Downing Street, who knows what’s next for this innovative mobile communications company?
