The Northern Family Business Conference 2017

The Northern Family Business Conference brings together owners and leaders of the most exciting, innovative and successful family-owned companies in the north of the UK. From cider makers and garden centres to food producers and manufacturers, the north is rich in proud, independent businesses. But we know that being in business with your family also brings its unique challenges and difficulties.

On 10 May, family businesses were joined for a jam-packed day with fellow entrepreneurs as we tackle some of today’s biggest challenges for family firms. Succession planning, inspiring the next generation, hiring great people, managing conflict between family members, growth and much more.
