Opening the lines of communications

Working with relatives when things are going well, business is booming, customers and staff are happy….well, what could be better?

But when things are tough and problems arise, its rare that folk can speak their minds in an honest and frank way without worrying about the repercussions, not only in the business but back at home.

At Board level too, shareholders not working in the business can feel excluded when decisions concerning the business are presented as a fete accompli.
