Building a shared Vision
In the beginning, the founder knew the purpose of his business. He sold his wares on quality, craftsmanship, service and traded on the back of a handshake.
Generations later it’s healthy to regroup, re-evaluate and build a new vision underpinned by those original values. These can be shared amongst the family and brought into the business.
It’s what makes us who we are, the way we do things around here. We call it the ‘family factor’.
